Office Manager - Nizwa, Oman
We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the administrative tasks of the office, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Oversee the work of office staff members and provide guidance and support when needed
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Maintain accurate records and files for all office activities, including financial transactions and employee records
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them as necessary
- Act as a liaison between management and staff members to ensure effective communication within the team
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings, both on-site and off-site
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure that the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Must have own visa or be able to obtain one in Oman
- Prior experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
