We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees to ensure smooth operations and achieve project goals. This is a contract job with accommodation provided, and we welcome candidates with their own visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives
- Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies and plans for successful project execution
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity and quality of work
- Identify training needs and provide necessary coaching or resources to help team members develop their skills
- Manage workload distribution among team members to ensure deadlines are met in an efficient manner
- Communicate effectively with upper management to report on progress, issues, and recommendations for improvements
- Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance concerns or disciplinary actions as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example, motivate others, and build strong relationships within the team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
