Online Consultant

We are in need of a motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Faisalabad. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online channels. Your primary goal will be to assist our clients with their inquiries, provide product recommendations, and ensure their overall satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide accurate information regarding our products and services
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards all clients
- Handle any complaints or issues with diplomacy and work towards a resolution
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proficient in using various online communication tools such as email, chat, and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Faisalabad (accommodation not provided)

Visa: Must have own visa (if non-national)
