Architectural Designer

Our architectural design firm in Faisalabad is seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs for various residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and clients to ensure that all designs meet their requirements and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural designs for residential and commercial projects
- Collaborate with team members to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Prepare 2D/3D drawings and models using computer software
- Review project plans and make necessary revisions
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients

Other Requirements: Full-time position with visa sponsorship available. This position is also suitable for students interested in gaining experience in the field of architecture.

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Faisalabad (open to candidates from any nationality)
