Welder Supervisor


Our welding company in Faisalabad is seeking a skilled Welder Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with at least 5 years of experience in welding and fabrication, preferably in the construction industry. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month, and we also offer accommodation for the right candidate.

As the Welder Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all welding projects and ensuring that they are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. You will be supervising a team of welders, providing guidance and training as needed. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of welders and ensure that all projects are completed on time
- Inspect welding work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Train and mentor new welders
- Order materials and supplies needed for projects
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses
- Communicate with clients regarding project specifications and timelines

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a welder, preferably in construction or fabrication
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc)
- Familiarity with safety regulations in the welding industry
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
