Painter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in Karachi. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces including walls, ceilings, furniture, and equipment. Your main duties will include preparing surfaces for painting, mixing and matching paint colors, and using different techniques to achieve desired results. You must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter
- Knowledge of different painting techniques
- Attention to detail
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to work at heights
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and use protective equipment

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix paints to match desired colors
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Use different techniques such as stenciling or faux finishing to achieve desired effects
- Ensure all safety measures are followed while working on ladders or scaffolding
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Communicate with clients or supervisors about the progress of projects
