Network and Systems Administrator

We are hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Lahore. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and servers. Your duties will include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures to protect our systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of networking and system administration, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers
- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
- Implement security measures to protect our systems from potential threats
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of the network
- Provide technical support to end-users when needed
- Keep track of system updates and perform regular maintenance tasks
- Create documentation for network procedures and configurations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Network or Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Familiarity with server operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure

Location: Lahore (accommodation provided if needed)

Salary: 1800$ per month
