Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist

As an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to computer users in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems and networks, and providing support for various applications. This position is suitable for men with a biometric passport, based in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to computer users via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems to senior support staff
- Install and configure computer systems and networks according to company standards
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new applications
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and provide recommendations for improvement
- Provide training to end-users on basic computer functions and software usage

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments

Salary: This is a full-time entry-level position with a starting salary of 1000$. Salary may increase based on performance.
