We are hiring a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts using traditional and modern techniques. Your creativity and expertise will be essential in developing new recipes and creating high-quality baked goods that meet our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters for various baked goods
- Bake breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other desserts
- Decorate and garnish baked goods according to customer preferences
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times accordingly
- Ensure all ingredients are properly measured and mixed
- Develop new recipes based on customer demands and seasonal ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely production of baked goods

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef (minimum 2 years)
- Knowledge of traditional and modern baking techniques
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment if needed

Education:
Certificate or Diploma in Baking or Pastry Arts is preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

Salary:
$1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
