Architectural Technologist - Khanpur, Pakistan


Our growing architectural firm in Khanpur is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our architects and engineers to create detailed technical drawings and specifications for various construction projects. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented individual with a strong background in architecture and construction.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Ensure that all designs meet building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements
- Review and make revisions to drawings as needed throughout the design process
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and project schedules
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans and specifications
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and technological advancements in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong knowledge of architecture principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Pakistan or similar regions
