Office Assistant in Khanpur
We are currently hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Khanpur. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month and visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and guests
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Create and maintain filing systems
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and updating records
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and flow of information
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be reliable, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience is a plus
