Moderator (Lisbon)


We are seeking a talented and dedicated Moderator to join our team in Lisbon. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for facilitating discussions and maintaining a positive and respectful environment within our online community. You will also be responsible for monitoring user-generated content and ensuring that it adheres to our community guidelines.

Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate discussions and engage with community members to encourage participation
- Monitor user-generated content and ensure it aligns with our community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Identify potential issues or conflicts within the community and address them appropriately
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain a cohesive and welcoming community atmosphere
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for moderating online communities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Excellent written communication skills in English (Portuguese fluency is a plus)
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Ability to remain unbiased and handle sensitive situations professionally
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects at once

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
