We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue. You will also be in charge of managing a team of sales representatives, providing them with guidance, training, and support to help them reach their targets.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing them with guidance, training, and support
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure cohesive strategies
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets in line with company objectives
- Communicate regularly with senior management on sales results, challenges, and opportunities

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Demonstrated experience in developing strategic plans and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one for international travel

Salary:

The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal.
