We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Sales Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for managing sales operations and driving business growth. Your main duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in sales management and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Create detailed sales reports and present them to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of sales processes
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
