We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Part-time Land Surveyor to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to determine land boundaries and create maps and reports. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided, making it an ideal opportunity for both local residents and international applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and drones
- Analyze data to determine property boundaries, elevations, and other relevant information
- Create maps and reports based on survey findings
- Ensure accuracy of all measurements and data collected
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide accurate information for construction projects
- Keep detailed records of all survey work performed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local land laws and regulations
