Team Lead - Braga, Portugal



We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Braga, Portugal. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of professionals in achieving their goals and delivering high-quality work. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to team members to ensure successful completion of projects
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor progress towards achieving them
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching and training when necessary
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
- Manage team schedules, assignments, and deadlines to meet project deliverables
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of work within the team
- Address any issues or concerns raised by team members in a timely manner
- Foster a positive working environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is an asset
