IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Provide technical support to users in person, over the phone, or through remote access tools
- Set up new user accounts and maintain security settings
- Conduct regular maintenance on systems and perform backups as needed
- Keep track of all support requests in a ticketing system
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-oriented attitude with a strong focus on providing exceptional service
