Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Keep up-to-date with new technology developments and products

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software applications
- Familiarity with networking principles (TCP/IP protocols)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
