We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Formworker in Faro. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing temporary or permanent molds used to shape concrete structures, such as walls, columns, and beams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Cut and shape materials according to plans or templates
- Assemble and fasten materials to make forms for concrete pours
- Align forms for pouring concrete, according to specifications
- Erect scaffolding or other temporary structures
- Assist in pouring and spreading concrete into forms
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete
- Apply curing compounds or other sealants to finished work

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in formwork construction is preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of basic construction techniques and safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
