As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of employees and coordinate with vendors to maintain food and beverage inventory. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales.
- Train and manage staff members to deliver excellent service.
- Create work schedules, monitor employee performance, and handle any conflicts or disciplinary issues.
- Maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold restaurant standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
- Oversee daily financial transactions including cash management and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, health codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Customer service oriented with problem-solving abilities.

Education:
A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required.
