Data-Analytics Specialist

We are in search of an experienced and analytical Data-Analytics Specialist to join our team in Almada. As the Data-Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to provide valuable insights and recommendations for our company. You will collaborate with various departments to identify business needs and develop data-driven strategies to improve processes and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large data sets using statistical methods and tools
- Identify trends, patterns, and outliers in data to provide actionable insights
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to optimize business decisions
- Collaborate with various teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support
- Communicate findings and recommendations through visualizations, reports, and presentations
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Python, R, or SAS
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
