Job Title: Finisher Supervisor
As a Finisher Supervisor, you will oversee the completion of various projects in the construction and remodeling field. You will be responsible for managing a team of finishers, ensuring that their work meets quality standards and is completed within designated timelines. Your role will involve supervising and inspecting the finishing work done on building exteriors, interiors, and other structures. You will also be responsible for training new employees, ordering necessary materials and supplies, and maintaining accurate records of project progress. This position requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients. As a Finisher Supervisor, you must have at least 3-5 years of experience in finish carpentry or a related field. A biometric passport is required for international travel to job sites. This position offers a salary of $1600 per month with accommodations provided in Almada, Portugal.
