Office Manager in Almada, Portugal
We are hiring an Office Manager to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, and accommodation will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and office assistants.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, faxes, and packages.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including invoices, expenses, and payments.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the company's executives.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and coordinate repairs when necessary.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
