Administrator for Oslo-based Company
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our Oslo-based company. As an Administrator, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our company by providing administrative support to all departments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, and organizing meetings
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
