As a cashier at the Os City Mall in Os, Norway, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently. You will greet customers, process payments, issue receipts, and provide excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Scan items and process payments accurately
- Issue receipts and handle returns or exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer questions and resolve any issues or complaints
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock as needed
- Follow all store policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a cashier is preferred but not required
- Excellent math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions quickly and accurately
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers effectively
- Knowledge of basic computer functions and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in transactions and inventory counts
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in retail or customer service industry
- Knowledge of multiple languages
- Familiarity with POS systems
