Sales Manager - Os, Czech Republic


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Os, Czech Republic. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company objectives. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company objectives
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to expand the customer base
- Manage and train the sales team to achieve maximum performance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to develop cohesive strategies
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for upper management

Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably in the same industry or related field
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month, along with commission on successful sales. This is a contract position without accommodation provided. However, we do offer support for obtaining necessary work permits for non-Czech nationals.
