Job Title: Contract Sales Manager in Os, Norway


We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team on a contract basis in the beautiful city of Os, Norway. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve targets and drive growth for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to sales
- Develop strong relationships with key clients to maintain customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor competitors' products, sales, and marketing activities to stay ahead of industry trends

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Experience in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to work on a contract basis in Os, Norway
