Entry-Level Restaurant Manager
We are in search of a driven and enthusiastic Entry-Level Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bergen. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This entry-level position does not require prior experience, but a passion for the restaurant industry and willingness to learn is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and other employees
- Ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources
- Create schedules and assign tasks to staff
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferably with some college education)
- Passion for the food industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
