We are searching for a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Painter, you will be responsible for creating high-quality and visually appealing paint finishes on various surfaces. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of different painting techniques, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and clean surfaces before painting
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Apply paint using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, or spraying
- Use appropriate tools and equipment for each job
- Ensure all safety measures are followed while handling paints and tools
- Meet project deadlines and complete work within budget
- Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and make necessary adjustments
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy equipment/supplies
- Attention to detail and an eye for color
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid work permit/visa for La-Condamine
