Experienced Plasterer for Immediate Hire in La-Condamine

A reputable construction company in La-Condamine is seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team for immediate hire. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in plastering, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them before application of plaster
- Mix and apply various types of plaster, such as cement, stucco, or acrylic
- Use hand tools or machines to shape and smooth plaster before it dries
- Apply finishing coats to create desired texture and appearance
- Repair cracks or holes in existing plaster surfaces
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer in residential and commercial settings
- Strong knowledge of different types of plaster materials and techniques
- Attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work at heights if required
- Own basic tools for the job (trowels, mixers, etc.)
- Valid work permit/residency in La-Condamine
