Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in La-Condamine. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$. This position is suitable for men who have experience operating heavy equipment and are able to work without accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, and loaders, in a safe and efficient manner
- Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints to determine the proper placement of equipment
- Complete daily logs and reports on equipment usage, maintenance, and any incidents or accidents that may occur
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and those around you
- Communicate effectively with other team members on the job site to ensure efficient completion of tasks

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Valid operator's license for the specific type(s) of equipment being operated
- Strong understanding of construction plans and blueprints
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills

Working Conditions:
This is a physically demanding job that requires long hours of standing, bending, and lifting. The working conditions may vary depending on weather conditions but will primarily be outdoors. As this is a contract job, there is no provided accommodation.
