Personal Trainer



We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized fitness plans for clients, as well as providing support and guidance to help them reach their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals, limitations, and preferences
- Design customized workout plans that align with clients' goals and abilities
- Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques and provide support during workouts
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Educate clients on healthy eating habits and provide nutritional guidance
- Keep accurate records of client progress and maintain confidentiality
- Stay current with industry trends and attend continuing education courses

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer
- Certification in personal training or related field (e.g. NASM, ACSM)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of human anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition principles
- Ability to create personalized workout plans based on individual needs
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Must have a valid work permit for La-Condamine

Compensation:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month. We also offer free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket reimbursement.
