Personal Trainer



Our fitness center in Akron is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing individualized fitness programs for clients based on their goals, abilities, and preferences. You will also provide guidance and support to clients during their workouts, ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injuries.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' fitness levels, health history, and goals
- Design personalized exercise programs that align with clients' goals and abilities
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises, ensuring safety and effectiveness
- Motivate and support clients during their workouts to help them reach their full potential
- Track clients' progress through regular check-ins and adjust programs as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to enhance their overall health and wellness
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, research, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of service provided

Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with at least 2 years of experience working with clients in a fitness setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, exercise science, and nutrition
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferences:
- Canadian or foreign nationality preferred but not required
- Fluent in English
- Experience working with English-speaking clients
- Willingness to live on-site in provided accommodation
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
