Online Consultant for E-Commerce Business in Lahore, Pakistan



As an Online Consultant for our e-commerce business in Lahore, Pakistan, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns through various communication channels such as email, live chat, and social media.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has excellent communication skills. You must be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms. Knowledge of Urdu or Punjabi would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers with their orders, refunds, exchanges, and other inquiries.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure to meet customer needs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in online customer service or sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Lahore, Pakistan. You will be required to work 40 hours per week on a flexible schedule that includes weekends. This is a remote position until further notice due to the current COVID-19 situation.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
