Wedding Planner

As a wedding planner, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of a couple's wedding day. This includes meeting with clients to discuss their vision and budget, creating detailed timelines and schedules, booking vendors such as venues, caterers, photographers, and florists, and overseeing all aspects of the wedding day to ensure it runs smoothly.

You will also be responsible for communicating with clients regularly to provide updates and address any concerns or changes. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as you will need to ensure that every aspect of the wedding is executed flawlessly.

In addition, you may also be responsible for managing budgets and negotiating contracts with vendors on behalf of your clients. Strong communication skills are essential in order to effectively communicate with clients and vendors.

This position requires excellent organizational skills, time management abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You must also have strong problem-solving skills in order to handle any issues that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day itself.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in event planning or a related field. A degree in event management or hospitality is preferred but not required. Fluency in Arabic is preferred as you will be working with Egyptian clients. This is a full-time position based in Doha, Qatar.
