Construction Project Manager


We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring that all necessary resources are allocated
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track
- Oversee budgeting and cost control measures throughout the project
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
- Ensure that all safety regulations and building codes are followed
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans as needed
- Review project documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Manage project changes and negotiate contract terms with vendors as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with budgeting and cost control measures
- Proven track record of successful project management

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. Please note that this position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English. This is a part-time job without accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate.
