Online Consultant - English Speaking (Part-Time)



We are seeking a motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As an Online Consultant, you will provide support and guidance to our clients through online communication channels. This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via email, chat or video call to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist with order processing and payment inquiries
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
