Our floral design company in Dubai is seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events
- Assisting customers in selecting the perfect flowers for their needs and budget
- Maintaining the inventory of flowers, plants, and other materials needed for arrangements
- Managing daily operations of the flower shop including ordering supplies, arranging displays, and handling payments
- Providing exceptional customer service by ensuring all orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time
- Collaborating with other team members to create innovative designs and stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a florist or in a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays when required
- A creative eye for detail with the ability to create visually appealing arrangements
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
