Our company is hiring a skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring its security, and providing technical support to our users. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month and comes with accommodation. This position is suitable for both men and women who have a passion for technology and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot our network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and servers
- Ensure the security of our network by implementing necessary measures such as firewalls, anti-virus software, and access controls
- Provide technical support to users on network-related issues
- Monitor network performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize it
- Install new hardware and software as needed
- Create and maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs
- Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Good communication skills
