We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration, from drafting and negotiating contracts to ensuring compliance and monitoring deadlines. This is a contract job suitable for candidates without prior experience but with excellent communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.
- Ensure that all contracts are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor contract deadlines and ensure timely renewal or termination.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents.
- Communicate with various departments to gather necessary information for contract administration.
- Assist in resolving any issues or disputes related to contracts.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and make recommendations for improvements to contract processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good understanding of legal terminology related to contracts.
- Familiarity with contract management software is a plus.
