Finisher for Construction Company in Akron, USA



We are currently hiring a skilled Finisher to join our construction team in Akron, USA. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on various construction projects. Your main duties will include sanding, painting, and applying finishes to surfaces such as walls, floors, and ceilings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by cleaning and smoothing out imperfections using sandpaper or other tools
- Apply paint, stain, or other finishes to surfaces according to project specifications
- Use tools such as brushes, rollers, or sprayers to apply finishes efficiently
- Ensure all surfaces are properly covered and no spills or splatters occur
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of different types of finishes and techniques for applying them
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month with potential for growth within the company.
