We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Porto, Portugal. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on time. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to successfully complete projects
- Develop project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high-quality work
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency
- Ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on time

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Teamlead or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in project management software is preferred
