IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology infrastructure and systems of our company. You will work closely with department heads to understand their technology needs and ensure that our systems are efficient, secure, and up-to-date. Your role will involve managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing technology strategies, and staying updated on industry trends and advancements.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support business goals
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and regularly tested
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to recommend new technologies or upgrades
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and services procurement
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Create and maintain documentation for all IT processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, data security protocols, and software systems
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with non-tech staff
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology trends

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: United States (remote work may be considered)
