Courier Delivery Specialist


As a Courier Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for timely and efficient delivery of packages and documents within the city of Atlanta. You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service while handling and transporting valuable items. This role requires excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate through busy city streets. The ideal candidate must be physically fit, able to work in all weather conditions and have a valid driver's license. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving orders and organizing deliveries according to priority
- Ensuring that packages are delivered in a timely manner
- Planning the most efficient route for each delivery
- Communicating with customers to provide updates on delivery status
- Collecting payments as required
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries made and payments received
- Adhering to all traffic regulations and safety standards while operating company vehicles
- Reporting any issues or delays encountered during deliveries to the supervisor immediately
- Assisting with loading/unloading of packages when necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role as a courier or delivery driver
- Excellent knowledge of Atlanta city roads and traffic patterns
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong customer service skills
- Time management skills

- Valid driver's license
