Architectural Technologist



As an Architectural Technologist in our fast-paced firm, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to create detailed plans, drawings, and models using specialized software. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements
- Use specialized software to create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models
- Prepare technical documents and reports
- Conduct site visits to gather information for designs
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with project team members and clients
- Assist in project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1600/month

City: Shan (Preference for local candidates)
