Job Title: Architectural Technologist - Design and Drafting Specialist
Location: Shan, Africa (Open to All Nationalities)
Salary: $1400 per month


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Shan. As a Design and Drafting Specialist, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans for building construction projects. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed designs and plans for building construction projects
- Utilize AutoCAD and other drafting software to create accurate 2D and 3D drawings
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Review project specifications and provide technical advice to project teams
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of design plans
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment needed for construction projects
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural drafting or design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other drafting software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
