Part-time Administrator in Mecca, Saudi Arabia
Our growing organization is seeking a Part-time Administrator to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Maintaining and organizing office documents and files
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in a similar industry is preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
