We are in need of a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Nairobi. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and cultivating our outdoor spaces, ensuring that they are visually appealing and well-maintained. This position requires someone with a green thumb who is passionate about plants and landscaping.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, and caring for flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants
- Maintaining lawns by mowing, edging, weeding and applying fertilizers
- Watering plants as needed and ensuring proper drainage
- Designing and implementing landscape plans
- Maintaining garden equipment and tools
- Identifying and treating plant diseases or pests
- Keeping outdoor spaces clean and free of debris

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of various plants, flowers, shrubs, trees, and their care requirements
- Ability to use gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Physical stamina to work outdoors for long periods of time in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and a creative eye for design
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
