We are hiring a skilled Handyman to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Contract Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in handyman work and be able to work independently. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month, including free visa and ticket for Indians. Freshers with relevant skills and experience are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and HVAC repairs
- Inspect buildings and identify issues or potential problems
- Respond to clients' requests for maintenance or repair services
- Order necessary materials and supplies for projects
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working on job sites
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, painting, etc.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (no English required for Indian candidates)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
