Concierge Assistant

Assist with the daily operation of a busy concierge desk in a luxury hotel located in Khasab, Oman. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, making reservations and recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, arranging transportation, handling guest requests and inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have basic computer knowledge. This is a temporary position without accommodation provided but with visa sponsorship available. No experience is required but recent graduates are encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry.
